Sponsorship Package/Volunteer Commitment
The Hamilton Olympic Club, Canada’s oldest continuously operating track and field club, celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2026. To mark this milestone, the Club is engaged in a number of projects to celebrate its rich heritage. Through this commemorative book, a documentary film, a temporary museum display all to be presented at our Gala event September 19, 2026. Through these endeavours we will preserve and shares a century of sport history with the Hamilton community and the broader Canadian public and we will also be building to enhance our future to continue to provide our program to athletes in the Hamilton area.
To achieve these goals, we are running a 100th Anniversary Sponsorship program. This program is multi-tiered and offers the opportunity for Sponsors to support us in “Celebrating the Part and Building Our Future”. With financial support of our Sponsors, we will achieve our goals. In appreciation for our Sponsors support they will be recognized in a number of ways throughout our program.
As part of our member Volunteer Commitment, we are asking our members to sell Sponsorship Commitments for this project. Any member(family) who sells a Sponsorship package of a minimum Silver level $550.00 will receive full credit towards their volunteer commitment and would be credited for their $100.00 Volunteer fee.
