Winter Indoor: January to March
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

INTERMEDIATE

Tuesday and Thursday 6pm to 7.30pm
The group will be training outdoors at Princess Point for the majority of the time. Athletes need to come prepared for the weather: hats/tuques, mitts/gloves, scarves. Jackets should be light coloured and/or reflective as part of the running is on the road; the rest will be on the Waterfront Trail. For the indoor portion of the workout, athletes will need to have a different pair of shoes than those worn outdoors.
SENIOR DISTANCE

Tuesday and Thursday 6pm to 7.30pm and most Saturdays, details to be confirmed. The group will be training outdoors at Princess Point for the majority of the time. Clothing should be light-coloured and/or reflective as part of the running is on the road, LED lights are recommended. For the indoor portion of the workout, athletes will need to have a different pair of shoes than those worn outdoors. This group will occasionally train indoors at the University of Guelph, details to be confirmed.
