Spring Training Times and Locations
As of May 1 all groups will be training at Mohawk Sports Park (Mohawk Road and Upper Kenilworth), at the track facility just east of Bernie Arbour Stadium. To view on Google Maps, click here.
During April all training sessions will be at McMaster University outdoor track.
Intermediate (MTA): Tues and Thurs 6pm to 7.30pm
Senior Sprints: Mon, Tues and Thurs 6pm to 7.30pm and Saturdays 10am to 12 noon.
Youth Development Program: will begin the first week of May, Tues and Thurs 5:30 – 6:30 pm at Mohawk Sports Park
