INTERMEDIATE

Begins Tuesday January 8, 2019
Tuesday and Thursday 6pm to 7.30pm

Georges P. Vanier High School, Macklin Street North – parking is available in the rear.. The group will be training outdoors for the majority of the time.   Athletes need to come prepared for the weather: hats/tuques, mitts/gloves, scarves.   Jackets should be light coloured and/or reflective as part of the running is on the road; the rest will be on the Waterfront Trail.   For the indoor portion of the workout, athletes will need to have a different pair of shoes than those worn outdoors.

SENIOR MIDDLE DISTANCE

Tuesday and Thursday 6pm to 7.30pm and most Saturdays, details to be confirmed. Georges P. Vanier High School, Macklin Street North – parking is available in the rear. Para Athletics: Wed 6:00 to 7:30 pm and Sundays 9:30 to 11:30 am

Intermediate (MTA): Tues and Thurs 6pm to 7.30pm 

Senior: Mon, Tues and Thurs 6pm to 7.30pm and Saturdays 10:00 am to 12:00 noon (until June when we switch to 11:00 am to 1:00 pm)
